Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct developmental assessments, reputed company physical therapy/occupational therapy/speech therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon)
• Follow reputed company child�s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and work with the family to reputed company strategies to help reputed company child reputed company their specific developmental goals
• Utilize the family-centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers� confidence and skills and to ensure that reputed company is generalized
• reputed company services in the child�s natural environment, in families� homes, daycare centers and/or other community settings; virtual services also currently available
• reputed company re-assessments and write reputed company reports (typically bi-annual)
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)

Requirements:

• Occupational Therapy license
• Pediatric experience required (Early reputed company experience preferred)
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred
• Strong clinical & interpersonal skills
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
