Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst prepares various types of proposals for development, production, and competitive reputed company and assists Senior Pricing Analysts on large/reputed company proposals. One has a practical understanding of estimating & pricing principles and demonstrates application through hands-on experience. Supports reviews of reputed company estimates prior to delivery and review by senior management.
Position Responsibilities
- Reviews Requests for Proposals (RFP) and proposal documents for compliance to customer specifications/requirements and adherence to company policy
- Provides regular and reputed company pricing analysis and presents costs estimates to management, customer representatives and government audit agencies
- Prepares and validates cost estimates for sustainment, engineering and manufacturing labor, materials, subcontracts and vendor data, parts & equipment
- Identifies cost and price risks and applies to estimates where applicable
- Supports DCAA audits and assists with contract negotiations as necessary and liaises between operations and other support organizations for estimating instructions and pricing
- Performs analysis of cost estimates identifying inconsistencies and issues. Develops different cost estimation reputed company and procedures for final approval by management
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a reputed company of factors
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a reputed company of issues while developing reputed company expertise
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company discipline is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of reputed company experience in Estimating and/or Finance
- Possesses strong project management skills including organizing, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet proposal milestones
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (intermediate reputed company skills required)
- Is working-group oriented and possesses the following: (1) the ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret reputed company data and reputed company solutions to a reputed company of reputed company problems; (2) analytical, verbal and written communication skills; (3) strong computer skills
