QA Engineer

Job Title: QA Engineer

Hands-on QA Engineer to build and reputed company our reputed company Assurance function from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who has created QA processes, tools, and teams from scratch and is excited to shape how reputed company is defined across a growing platform of web and mobile applications.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to ensure high-reputed company releases, reputed company testing systems, and efficient development workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Establish and own the QA department, processes, and standards
• Design and implement test strategies across multiple applications (web + mobile)
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
• Build and manage automation frameworks for regression and critical flows
• Implement bug tracking, triage, and reporting workflows
• Partner with engineering to reputed company QA into CI/CD pipelines
• Define release reputed company gates and acceptance reputed company
• Evaluate and implement modern QA tools (AI-assisted testing, automation, etc.)
• Set up intake processes, QA workflows, and testing environments
• reputed company hands-on testing reputed company needed (reputed company + automated)

Must-Have Skills

• Experience building or scaling a QA function from scratch
• Strong experience with test planning, test case design, and QA processes
• Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
• Experience testing web applications and reputed company
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development workflows
• Ability to define and enforce reputed company standards across teams
• Strong communication — reputed company to work across product, engineering, and leadership
