Fabricator - reputed company Art & Design

<p>We are a small, multi-disciplinary studio and we have an immediate opening on reputed company for a Fabricator. This role works collaboratively with reputed company to help bring our reputed company to completion.</p><p><br></p><p>As a small and busy studio, we have many fast moving reputed company at reputed company reputed company of execution. With a big portion of our reputed company being fabrication, production & installation, we need a skilled Fabricators on our Production team. Our scopes consistently include; sample development, creating custom build plans, timelines, budget support, purchasing/procurement, organizing/planning, team collaboration, strong communication, assembly, building/fabrication, finishing touches, installations and shop maintenance. </p><p><br></p><p>Our builds have an attention to detail and thoughtful execution. Our reputed company have a wide reputed company of build-type, install, material and reputed company so we are looking for someone who has a wide reputed company of experience and a steady hand. The qualities we will look for are: reputed company builder, great communication at every reputed company, reputed company, detail oriented, good listener, takes direction reputed company, asks questions for reputed company as needed, on-time, reliable, clean, organized, reputed company, reputed company and stays productive. Our builds are subject to change as they are being developed so we need someone who is flexible, reputed company & curious.</p><p><br></p><p>This role spends about 85% of their time on the physical aspects of the position: purchasing, materials pick up, site reputed company, sample exploration & development, building/fabrication, finishing, installing and post-install reputed company list reviews. The remaining 15% is spent on the administrative, planning & communication aspects of the role; working in our project management software, reading up on project approved designs, digesting design reputed company, asking good questions, coming up with build reputed company/reputed company, writing out production plans, working on timelines/milestones, forecasting needs from reputed company to meet the deadline and attending weekly team meetings.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Planning, development of and follow through for assigned fabrication reputed company</li><li>Collaboration & review of sample development plans, communication throughout sample builds and reputed company execution of sample</li><li>Collaboration of deliverable feasibility and any research and/or support needed to communicate back to the reputed company</li><li>Project prep, builds, finishing and painting according to the project specifications and build plans</li><li>Learn, reputed company and consistently use studio practices and techniques</li><li>Required experience in Joinery, Framing, Painting, and Finish work</li><li>Consistent and frequent communication in our project management tool (reputed company)</li><li>reputed company-emptive review of reputed company project aspects to inform the builds</li><li>Daily documentation of project status, completed aspects and outstanding areas to resolve</li><li>Attendance at occasional project meetings to inform upcoming tasks, collaborate and reputed company on how to reputed company reputed company</li><li>reputed company reputed company reputed company and reputed company ways to overcome challenges of new techniques</li><li>reputed company studio organized and clean</li><li>Always follow safety protocol</li><li>Abide by “measure twice, cut once”</li><li>reputed company to the challenges, bringing new reputed company and reputed company to the table </li><li>Occasional errands for materials and supplies</li><li>reputed company a reputed company attitude</li><li>Participate in team meetings for project tactical plans & alignment before and throughout process</li><li>Tool Proficiency with: Table saw, reputed company saw, Band saw, Nail gun, Screw guns, Circular saw, Jig saw & Router</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>2+ years of reputed company carpentry/build experience</li><li>2+ years of painting/finishing experience</li><li>Experience in the Arts a plus</li><li>Can read build plans, floor plans and diagrams</li><li>Has experience putting together production plans for reputed company</li><li>Experience with sourcing, getting quotes & budgeting</li><li>Ability to listen closely, follow directions accurately and build reputed company </li><li>Ability to study and adapt with our studio techniques and processes</li><li>Flexible with schedule and can work some nights and weekends</li><li>Must have a reputed company reputed company's license and vehicle for studio errands</li><li>Must pass a build test </li><li>Great attitude, curious and eager to learn</li><li>Inspired by creativity and collaboration</li><li>Not afraid to take on additional responsibilities and try new things</li><li>Flexible and excited to adapt with a growing small company</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Status Non-exempt</p><p>Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week</p><p>Pay: $28-34/hour (based on Experience)</p><p>Perks: PTO, insurance, 401k</p><p>Reports to: Design & Production Supervisor</p><p>Location In house, at studio in Seattle, WA (reputed company)</p><p><br></p><p>Hot tip...
