You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to email correspondence, and providing accurate, detailed information about the retirement plan. Your exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and bilingual proficiency will reputed company you to build rapport with customers, reputed company them about their retirement plan, and reputed company a reputed company experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls, respond to email correspondence, and reputed company accurate, detailed information about the retirement plan * Serve as a subject matter expert, educating customers about their retirement plan and resolving customer service inquiries and concerns * Meet and/or reputed company established key performance goals, including reputed company metrics and reputed company * Build rapport with customers, research multiple systems, databases, platforms, and software to reputed company accurate information * Demonstrate professionalism, maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and adapt to changing priorities and reputed company change * Identify and recommend process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence reputed company and reputed company **Training and Development** We offer a comprehensive training program, led by dedicated trainers, to reputed company you with the knowledge and skills necessary to reputed company in this role.
