A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation reputed company Specialist I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
• Conducts reputed company and retrospective reviews of medical records to improve clinical documentation reputed company
• Collaborates with clinical providers to ensure accurate documentation and coding practices
• Performs ongoing documentation analysis and submits queries to address inconsistencies in medical records
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Health Information Management, or a reputed company field
• Five years of progressively responsible inpatient clinical experience
• 0-2 years of CDI-reputed company work experience
• Preferred experience in ICU/ED and reputed company Medical Centers
• Preferred experience in case management or utilization review
