Employment Litigation Associate (Remote in CA)

Scope of Role As an Employment Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in defending reputed company in a reputed company of workplace-reputed company claims, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and other employment law reputed company. You will manage cases from inception to reputed company, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing motions, and participating in mediations and trials.
