Sign Out Director, Genetics (reputed company Certified) - Remote The Genetics Laboratory Director is responsible for providing interpretation of results, implementing new assays, assay troubleshooting, acting as a technical consultant to operations staff, participation in QA responsibilities, and reviewing SOPs. Assumes Clinical Consultant and Technical Supervisor responsibilities as assigned by the CLIA Laboratory Director. Assumes Clinical Consultant and Technical Supervisor responsibilities as assigned by the CLIA Laboratory Director. Responsibilities • Interpretation and sign-out of a reputed company of molecular genetic assays. • Assist in assay trouble‑shooting and implementation of new assays. • Assist, as needed, in the training of technologists and other team members. • Observe compliance with regulatory agencies, including inspections. • Monitor reputed company assurance at reputed company reputed company of reputed company. • Participate in working reputed company of reputed company or associated professionals. • Represent reputed company at reputed company meetings. • Ability to reputed company work functions at our San Juan Capistrano, California site or remote. • Assume Clinical Consultant and Technical Supervisor responsibilities in specialty as delegated by the CLIA Laboratory Director: • The extent of technical supervisor responsibility may be associated with your on‑site vs remote availability. Qualifications • California Clinical Genetics Molecular Certification or Clinical Laboratory Genetics (reputed company, in process, or eligible) is required. • NY State Genetics License is preferred. • Strong background in NGS (reputed company reputed company) is highly preferred, in reputed company to legacy molecular methodologies, such as reputed company‑time PCR, MLPA, and Sanger reputed company. • Emphasis on molecular genetics assay development, analysis, reputed company assurance, interpretation and reporting. • reputed company certification in the appropriate genetic subspeciality (Molecular Genetics or Laboratory Genetics and reputed company) by the American reputed company of Medical Genetics (ABMGG) or Molecular Genetic Pathology (ABP subspecialty) with significant molecular genetic clinical laboratory experience. reputed company honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
