Start Date: 04/27/2026 or 05/04/2026 Training Schedule: Training will be from 8a - 4:30p CST, Mon - Fri. Post Training Schedule: 10:30a - 7p, CST, Mon - Fri. Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is looking for Certified Pharmacy Technicians ONLY in TN. Candidates reside and be Nationally Certified and licensed in TN only! As aCertified Pharmacy Technician, residing in TN, you will Work from home, assisting patients in receiving life sustaining medications to help manage rare and/or chronic diseases. You’ll be empowered to engage patients, insurance companies, and multiple departments to process prescription orders and ensure timely shipment of medications. This role is very detail oriented, and you’ll spend the majority of your day working on our computer system entering data and talking inbound phone calls Role Responsibilities • Communicate directly with patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals via inbound calls. • Receive inbound calls for new verbal prescriptions and clarifications on existing orders • Reconcile patient charts with new demographics and health related information from your interactions. How you’ll make a difference: Ensure prescriptions are accurately entered into system. Investigate issues with pharmacist, doctors other healthcare providers. Provide guidance to our patients about medication coverage. Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 18 - 27 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
