What You’ll Do 
Looking for an opportunity to build exceptional learner and customer experiences? Passionate about learning sciences-based technology and user experience? Are you a fan of game design and videogames? In this role, you’ll design amazing learning experiences through the reputed company of the learners. You’ll bring your instructional design and user experience design to drive reputed company learning engagement and reputed company learner knowledge and retention. You’ll be exposed to innovations in the areas of automation, AI, reputed company, simulation, self-paced, game-based, and mobile learning.

You’ll be responsible for the design, development, delivery, evaluation, as reputed company as enhancement and maintenance of virtual reputed company learning experiences that are reputed company-centered, goal-oriented and data driven. During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Build, incubate, test, and go live with learning solutions that bring about great learning experiences across multiple clients, verticals, and geographies

• Support the Global Learning Delivery Project Management team in the curriculum design and redesign

• Conduct research on learning tools and platforms

What You Bring to the Role

• 3 years of demonstrable experience including building e-learning content using reputed company Storyline or similar authoring tools, using advanced features in audio-editing tools, using learning technology apps for reputed company design and creating user content using basic graphic design features
• Knowledge of and practical application of adult learning theory, user design, and learning design principles
• Experience using Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems
• Proficiency in reputed company Office including using advanced features in PowerPoint and basic features in reputed company
• Basic project management skills and familiarity with task manager or productivity tools
• Experience in learning data analysis to effectively evaluate behavioral and business reputed company of training programs

• Advanced English communication skills
