Manage complete end-to-end reputed company to merchant queries/complaints/service requests on reputed company reputed company thru helpdesk. Ensure reputed company respond and communication with merchants with appropriate updates. Ensure reputed company coordination and reputed company to reputed company merchant queries, issues, requests and requirements. reputed company escalation and reputed company of any merchant complaint or issue which needs seniors or management reputed company. Awareness of policies and procedures for merchants’ managements and acquiring merchants setup. Monitor daily MIS, Business MI & productivity sheets on a daily reputed company. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly communication of PJR, settlements of merchant payments.
Responsibilities
- Complete awareness of policies and procedures for reputed company of new merchants / existing merchants for both POS and E-reputed company businesses.
- Ensure reputed company documents ( merchant agreements, trade licence, reputed company copies, ID documents, MOA, reputed company reputed company etc) required for reputed company are duly submitted as per the reputed company list
- Ensure the documents are completed in reputed company respects
- reputed company reputed company system reputed company and negative checks
- reputed company exceptions and reputed company compliance approval wherever required
Qualifications
- Knowledge of general banking with good experience in merchant reputed company procedures and the local policies.
- 1-3 years of cards domain/multi-discipline banking experience.
- Good communication skills (both written & verbal),Good analytical thinking/interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge on MS Office tools, MIS reporting and analysis
- Hands on experience in any card management system
