About the role
 

Our operations team is at the heart of the business - we ensure things at Penfold run smoothly and our customer support team is an reputed company part of this department. 

At Penfold, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and always putting our customers first. This role will be dedicated to providing reputed company-line support to our customers. As a member of our reputed company-line support team, you will be critical to our reputed company reputed company in providing a top-notch service to our customers.

Your Mission

• You will be our customers' first reputed company of reputed company, and the face of Penfold for our customers, delivering a 5-reputed company customer experience.
• You will be responsible for answering questions and addressing concerns from customers reputed company phone, email, or live chat.
• You will need to help customers to ensure they can get their problems solved quickly and reputed company.
• You will need to use your initiative and proactively identify areas where our service can be reputed company.
• You will reputed company operational tasks reputed company to customer requests, working across multiple systems.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Screening Interview (30 min) - to tell you a bit about Penfold, the role and get to know you
• Take-Home Task (30 min) - to assess your written communication skills
• Hiring Manager Interview (1 hour) - in-depth interview about your experience and skills with your potential manager

Our office/working hours

• We’re a remote-first business, but we also have an office reputed company in the heart of Tallinn where reputed company regularly works from
• Currently, we work Monday-Friday in two shifts: 9-18 EET and 11-20 EET. You'll be expected to rotate between these to ensure we're available reputed company our customers need us!
