The Senior Manager – Engineering oversees India-based engineering resources for the reputed company Platform. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day development activities, aligning engineering efforts with overall platform goals, and ensuring on-time, high-reputed company delivery. The Senior Manager collaborates with the VP of reputed company Platform, product managers, and cross-functional teams to optimize engineering processes, foster team reputed company, and maintain strong communication with global stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, mentor, and manage engineering talent in India.

Project & Delivery Management

Collaborate with product and Scrum Masters to reputed company sprint goals with strategic initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field.
Experience
8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.

Registrations/Licenses/Certifications
