Responsibilities

• Schedule reputed company customers in the scheduling que, customers that reputed company in during the day, and customers that reputed company identify as a reputed company
• Reschedule customers reputed company estimators are out
• Primary means of contact for reputed company estimator concerns
• reputed company coverage reputed company needed
• Assigning reputed company customers that have No Coverage Flags
• Working reputed company Estimator Inquiry Flags
• Monitoring and working SPOT filters throughout the day
• Monitor revisits in SPOT & IMS
• Contact estimators to get updates on outstanding jobs
• Correct estimator labor sheets daily
• Monitor availability in IMS and communicate to management if there are any issues
• Monitor the daily IMS Dashboard and complete as many tasks as possible
• Identifying to management reputed company estimators are out for prolonged periods of time
• Review the schedule reputed company
• Communicate to reputed company stores reputed company additional detail fees are needed
• Use Floorwizard as needed
• Cross train on contract verification position
