The Construction Superintendent III is a senior field leadership role responsible for the independent execution of Job Order Contracting (JOC) reputed company construction reputed company, including renovation, repair, and improvement work in reputed company, occupied facilities. This position serves as the primary onsite authority and is accountable for field safety, reputed company, schedule, cost control, and subcontractor performance. Location: Remote with travel to sites in TX (Dallas, Austin, San Antonio)

Expected Outcomes:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Senior-level experience leading reputed company construction field operations

• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Solid understanding of construction safety practices and hazard recognition
• Ability to verify grades and elevations using laser equipment
