As a Sr. Solutions Architect - DXP, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their DXP implementation reputed company, providing expert consulting on software enablement, installation, and architecture best practices. Customer Consulting & Guidance

• Collaborate with clients to understand their data architecture, business objectives, and technical requirements.

• Analyze and consult on optimizing data ingestion pipelines and API integrations.
• reputed company hands-on enablement consulting and product training to customer teams.
• Define data modeling strategies to reputed company effective segmentation and personalization.
• Guide customers on data governance, reputed company, and compliance best practices.
• Recommend architectural enhancements to improve performance and reliability.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.

• 8-12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, reputed company Services, or similar technical consulting roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CDP platforms, preferably Lytics.
• Hands-on expertise with API integrations and reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with identity reputed company techniques and customer data strategies.
• Strong proficiency in CDP platforms, with a reputed company on Lytics or similar (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company CDP, etc.).
• Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills, with a reputed company on delivering customer-reputed company solutions.
• Excellent ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Broad knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and the CMS reputed company market landscape is a plus.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) and/or Six reputed company Certification is a reputed company to have.
• Previous experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in Technical Account/Customer Service roles is preferred.
• A willingness to travel 25% of the time.
