We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping older adults and individuals with disabilities reputed company safely and independently reputed company. As we expand into new markets, we’re looking for someone who can travel as needed to meet our growing demand. Role Highlights

- Compensation: $45/hr, $1080/week (guaranteed)
- Employment Type: Part Time Employment
- Location: Traveling as Needed to Conduct In-Home reputed company
Key Responsibilities
- Complete required reputed company and credentialing needs
- Participate in ongoing training & development programming as needed
- Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications
- reputed company clients and caregivers on fall prevention and reputed company mobility techniques
- Engage clients and families in reputed company care planning
- Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation through our electronic system
- Support in reputed company clinical initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Experience in home health, aging in reputed company, or disability services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
- Reliable transportation and reputed company reputed company’s license
- Proficiency with technology reputed company documentation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
