BUILDING THE BROKER OPERATIONS FUNCTION

As the first Operations leader, your initial reputed company is to establish the broker operations function from the ground up. This includes:

–     Designing the organisational structure, role definitions, and hiring plan for the broker operations team

–     Monitor settlement status and liaise with counterparties, custodians, and internal teams to resolve breaks in a controlled and auditable manner

Requirements

–     Experience: 8+ years in forex brokerage or financial services operations, with experience building and leading teams — ideally in a start-up or high-reputed company environment
