Social Media & Content Creator (all)
We’re looking for a highly creative, culture-tuned Social Media & Content Creator to own and evolve the BRUNA social presence. This role is for someone who lives and breathes social media, moves fast, and instinctively knows how to translate trends, moments, and community energy into compelling content that inspires and connects.
You’ll be responsible for creating, curating, and publishing content daily—shaping how BRUNA shows up across platforms while continuously pushing creative boundaries.
Create content at speed and scale: Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish content on a weekly (and often daily) basis, reacting quickly to emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform shifts. Monitor social trends, formats, sounds, and conversations, and interpret them in a way that feels authentic to BRUNA’s voice and aesthetic.
Own and elevate the BRUNA brand across social: Curate and maintain a cohesive, inspiring brand image across all social channels, ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and storytelling.
Daily posting & community engagement: Manage day-to-day posting and interactions to actively engage and grow our community.
Execute social shoots: Independently plan and execute social-first shoots and participate in brand shoots, capturing behind-the-scenes and real-time content.
Offline experiences: Attend and co-create events, pop-ups, and brand moments to capture content live and bring offline experiences online.
Creator & Collaboration Management: Scout, connect with, and collaborate with on-brand creators to expand BRUNA's reach and cultural relevance. Brief creators creativerly and ansure timley, high-quality content delivery. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align social content with broader brand and campaign goals.
- Track and analyze performance: Monitor social metrics and performance, using insights to refine content strategy and continuously improve impact.
A true content-first creator who is confident both behind and in front of the camera.
Deep understanding of social platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels).
Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand-aligned visuals.
Highly driven and self-starting, you push ideas forward and execute quickly in a fast-moving, creative environment.
Outgoing, community-driven, and energized by connecting with people—online, offline, and everywhere in between.
Someone who doesn’t just follow trends—but reinterprets and elevates them for BRUNA.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
2-3+ years of relevant education in digital media, graphic design, content creation, or related fields.
2+ years of work experience with lifestyle brands or agencies
Knowledge of graphic design programs and other tools for content creation
