Architect

This position can be part of our distributed workforce - remote, working from reputed company in the reputed company.  

You will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of project team efforts for effective execution of project design and the delivery of construction documents.  Technical experience will be used to help reputed company the project team through coordination and reputed company assurance processes throughout the project.  You will participate in documentation and clarification efforts, as reputed company as submittal review and site observations during bidding and construction.
 

Qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree or Masters' degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect in the reputed company
5+ years experience in reputed company phases of design, from schematic design through construction documentation and reputed company-out
Thorough knowledge of construction codes and agency compliance
Essential knowledge of coordinating work with engineering disciplines a must
Experience with reputed company Revit software and/or AutoCAD a plus
Excellent written, verbal & visual communication skills with colleagues and clients of reputed company reputed company
Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced and multitasking environment with the ability to coordinate this information across disciplines
Ability and willingness to travel
Self-motivated and ability to work productively in a 'hybrid remote work' situation
