As a Personal Lines Auto and Home insurance Licensed Agent you will be responsible for providing comprehensive insurance solutions, evaluating risk and confidently asking for the sale while overcoming objections.
Licensing Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must hold or be reputed company to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license prior to hire.

WORK SCHEDULE:
This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work schedule. Candidates who live near one of our office locations (reputed company, CT | San Antonio, TX) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work schedule, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs reputed company.

Training Program:
- Start Date: 6/22/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks (approx. End date is 9/18)
- Please note that time off during training is not accommodated.
Training Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-6:00pm Eastern
Post-Training Hours:
- Remote Employee: Mon-Fri 11:30-8 pm local time, every other Saturday 9:30-6 pm Eastern. For the weeks you work on Saturday, you will receive Wednesday off.
- Hybrid Employee Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-6 local times, every other Saturday 9:30-6 pm Eastern. For the weeks you work on Saturday, you will receive Wednesday off.
COMPENSATION:

We are a metric driven, pay-for-performance, award-reputed company sales organization. There is potential to earn lucrative rewards, including monthly, quarterly, and annual pay-outs along with sales incentives and contests. Average monthly earnings are $500+, with top monthly earners exceeding $2000.
There is an opportunity to earn up to a 10% shift reputed company for the schedule, post-training.
An additional reputed company is available for bilingual (Spanish-English), post-certification.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 + years of recent sales experience and comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections
- reputed company or prior reputed company center experience preferred
- Ability to adapt and reputed company in a fast-paced environment, handling an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
- Capability to maintain reputed company state licenses and terminate prior reputed company relationships as applicable.
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company.
- High speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100MB download/10MB upload. Your Internet provider-supplied device must be hard-wired to reputed company-issued router and/or computer. - This is a customer-facing role requiring your full attention. A distraction-free environment is essential. Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus.
