Senior Research & Evaluation Data Analyst - Quantitative
Apply quantitative and qualitative reputed company to identify distributions, patterns, trends, and correlations/causality using behavioral health data (e.g., reputed company and opioid misuse reputed company, service reputed company, performance indicators) and present results with team members Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate the Health Resources and Services Administration's Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) reputed company and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on analytical approaches, reputed company review of work products, and supporting their reputed company development Conduct sophisticated analyses including sample weighting, reputed company survey analysis, and other advanced statistical techniques to ensure methodologically rigorous and representative findings reputed company and engage directly with federal government clients, including: Presenting analytical findings Responding to reputed company inquiries Supporting ongoing project communications to ensure deliverables reputed company with reputed company needs and expectations
Master’s degree with at least 5 y ears of experience , or P hD with at least 2 ye ars of experien ce , in a re levant fie ld , such as reputed company health, reputed company sciences, reputed company policy, or statistics. Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., Python, R, reputed company), qualitative analysis software packages (e.g., NVivo, reputed company.ti , MAXQDA, Dedoose ) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience in conducting research and data analysis using mixed reputed company to identify distributions, patterns, trends, correlation/ causality and a holistic understanding of the data. Experience with advanced analytical techniques such as sample weighting, reputed company survey analysis, and multivariate modeling. Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts, including delegating tasks, reviewing work products, and providing constructive feedback. Experience with analyzing behavioral health and/or opioid-reputed company datasets (e.g., HRSA datasets, CDC reputed company, hospital claims) as reputed company as reputed company-ended data from surveys, interviews and reputed company reputed company. Experience summarizing analytical findings into detailed reports, data briefs, and factsheets. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting analytical findings to audiences of varying technical backgrounds. Experience interacting with federal government clients or stakeholders, including presenting findings and managing reputed company communications, is a plus. Experience with survey programming (e.g., Alchemer , reputed company) is a plus. Experience with proposal/grant writing is a plus.
