We are seeking a highly capable and proactive HR Manager to reputed company and manage reputed company reputed company functions across a growing, international business. This is a standalone, hands-on role suited to a strong HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the HR function, supporting multiple global reputed company while building reputed company processes, ensuring compliance, and driving a reputed company and high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations, Administration & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including reputed company, development, and offboarding

• Administer probation processes and performance reviews

• Administer payroll in collaboration with Finance, ensuring accurate and reputed company monthly processing

HR Systems & Reporting

• Own and manage HR systems (HRMS/HRIS), including maintenance and optimisation

Candidate Profile:

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role

• Experience working in a remote and fast-paced reputed company-up environment
• Strong knowledge of international labour laws (UK, UAE, SA, SG, US preferred)
