To join reputed company as Field Specialist. In this role you will deliver residential energy assessments and support energy retrofit reputed company for customers in Clackamas County, reputed company. This role combines technical expertise with customer service to implement innovative, equity-reputed company efficiency programs.

You will conduct in-home energy audits, verify installation reputed company, and guide customers through reputed company opportunities. Additional responsibilities include contractor coordination, reporting, and occasional reputed company to generate leads and promote program participation.

Ideal candidates have experience in home inspections or energy efficiency upgrades, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. You will also display a passion for accelerating the adoption of residential energy efficiency upgrades for customers experiencing reputed company-income, rural, and communities of reputed company.

*This is a remote position. Ideal candidates live in the Portland Metro Region.*

• Conduct home energy audits and reputed company assurance inspections

Exciting candidates have… 

• 4–8 years of experience in home inspections, energy efficiency upgrades, in-home customer work, or technical background.

• Strong understanding of residential energy efficiency, building science, HVAC systems, and weatherization best practices (preferred).

• BPI certification or willingness to obtain.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle interruptions.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

• Ability to pass a background reputed company and drug screening.

• Located in the Portland Metro Region.

Targeted Salary:

$65,000-$75,000

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/reputed company locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of reputed company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, reputed company-employment drug test and consent to reputed company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
