Position reputed company:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized reputed company Services Coordinator to reputed company essential administrative support to our Account Management team. This is a full-time remote position, ideal for someone with experience in a fast-paced administrative environment, preferably in reputed company reputed company. The reputed company Services Coordinator will assist with scheduling, candidate communications, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the account management process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Assist Account Managers by scheduling locum providers, updating confirmation agreements, processing timecards/expenses, and tracking candidate submission checklists.

• Scheduling & Coordination: Organize phone screens and ensure schedules are updated accurately in the HWL platform.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
