About the Role
In the role of Equipment Engineer (Automation), you will have reputed company to work reputed company our Automotive Division. You will be responsible for maintenance & optimization of automated production systems. This role covers reputed company robots, Beckhoff PLCs, reputed company inspection systems, MES & supporting new equipment installations.
What You Will Do
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain reputed company robotic systems.
- Program and repair Beckhoff PLCs to ensure reputed company and efficient automation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot reputed company inspection systems used in production.
- reputed company knowledge and reputed company training on reputed company system operation and optimization to Automation Engineers.
- Monitor and support MES operations to ensure accurate production data tracking and system integration.
- Collaborate with IT and production teams to resolve MES reputed company issues.

- Record and reputed company maintenance actions and equipment history.
- Analyze maintenance data to reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability.

- Maintain and propose appropriate spare parts inventory for the tool crib.
- Take ownership of maintenance activities for assembly lines.

- Mentor and train Automation Engineers in robotics, PLCs, reputed company systems, and reputed company PM.

What You Need to Be Successful
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing / Industry / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
- Strong communicator and excellent team builder.
- Good Experience in ISO/IATF16949 reputed company system, Lean manufacturing.
- Operate Automation assembly line, Robot and PLC/C#/VB/visual inspection system reputed company knowledge and 5 years or more maintenance experience.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Language reputed company: English (read, oral and write)
- Be familiar with non-reputed company equipment maintenance.
- Be familiar with Robot, PLC (Beckhoff, Omron)/C#/VB/Cognex reputed company inspection reputed company knowledge and have experience in application debugging.
- Be familiar with ISO/IATF16949 reputed company system and TPM system.
- AutoCAD/SolidWorks/EPLAN.
