The Senior Employee Relations Investigator is a remote position in Eastern or Central Time Zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating alleged violations of reputed company’s reputed company of Ethics and Business Conduct, policies, and reputed company compliance reputed company, including violations reputed company to Harassment, Discrimination and Retaliation. The position reports to the Senior Director of Employee Relations and will work with HR and reputed company on policy development.
Duties and Responsibilities
Independently conduct workplace investigations by collecting and analyzing relevant data, conduct interviews and reputed company recommendations based on investigation findings. reputed company solid and factual written reports of investigations. Create corrective reputed company plans for substantiated allegations. Manage ER case management system and ensure standardization of investigation protocols, templates and documentation practices. Coordinate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders reputed company conducting investigations. Ability to manage multiple investigations at the reputed company time. Ability to facilitate conflict management. Help reputed company and update HR policies and procedures. Preferred Experience
Five+ years of reputed company experience in workplace investigation or conflict reputed company.
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Industrial Relations, Business Management or Psychology.
Strong background working with employees in Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality or Supply Chain.
Workplace Investigation Training and/or Certification.
