Support the full contract lifecycle, including solicitation review, proposal support, contract negotiation, award, administration, modification, and closeout. Draft, review, and administer contractual instruments such as NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and reputed company reputed company. reputed company contract deliverables, milestones, funding, and compliance requirements to ensure reputed company and accurate execution.

Experience working with various contract types, including FFP, T&M, CPFF, and IDIQ reputed company. Demonstrated experience supporting proposal development and post-award contract administration.
Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting principles. Strong contract drafting, analysis, and interpretation skills.
