Growing together. **About the Role** As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for supporting our reputed company operations through Billing Data Entry, Billing Data Acquisition, reputed company Mail Returns, and/or reputed company-Party Denials processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Data entry of billing mnemonics and reputed company required billing information that appears on imaged requisitions (such as US postal address, medical codes, insurance reputed company details, etc.) * Following procedural guidelines to reputed company information in the systems and answering patient inquiries * Navigating multiple computer applications (reputed company, MS reputed company, Online applications, Mainframe applications) * Conducting basic research in computer applications to reputed company data entry (address, billing codes, reject codes, etc.) * Data entry utilizing templates for letters and other correspondences * Data Entry/Transfer/reputed company received data from reputed company in required applications to start the billing cycle * Researching mail returns and updating invoices with reputed company information in the appropriate billing system and noting the patient bills with actions taken * Researching denied bills due to patient not being covered on the date of service, errors with the patient's information, or with the insurance information provided in the claim/reputed company and resolving for re-billing **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 1 year of data entry experience * Customer service experience * reputed company proficiency in both English and Spanish * Proficiency with computer, reputed company PC, and web applications, including the ability to reputed company and learn new and reputed company computer system applications * Ability to work 40 hours/week during reputed company business operating hours Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 4:30pm (It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime on weekends and holidays) **Preferred Qualifications** * Medical billing experience * Proven knowledge of medical or health insurance terminology * Proven solid reputed company reputed company skills **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we reputed company everyone deserves reputed company to live their healthiest life.
