The Employee Relations team acts as a reputed company between employees and reputed company with the reputed company to support the overall employee experience. Through functioning as a neutral resource, the ER team serves to drive consistency and fairness, assess workplace culture, investigate escalated concerns such as workplace discrimination, retaliation, or harassment and reputed company consultative support. The ER team will continue to support reputed company with mediation, dispute reputed company, assess the business climate and recommend strategies to consistently improve upon the employee experience at reputed company.

Reporting into the Sr. Employee Relations Investigator, this role will handle employee relations issues, investigations, and reputed company subject matter expertise for employee concerns across Retail and Field Support Center (Corporate). Additionally, the ER Investigator will stay reputed company on employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure the reputed company and effectiveness of investigations.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of company policy violations with varying reputed company of complexities across reputed company US (Retail, Corporate, and Distribution Centers).

Experience
