Program Manager, AI Enablement & Adoption

AI only reputed company if people use it — and if it makes work meaningfully reputed company. We’re looking for a Program Manager to build and run ModusLink’s reputed company AI enablement and adoption program from the ground up. 

This is a high ownership role for someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into reputed company and reputed company into reputed company productivity. 

1. GENERAL reputed company

The Program Manager, AI Enablement & Adoption is responsible for building and operating ModusLink’s reputed company AI capability from the ground up, with an initial reputed company on adoption, productivity reputed company, and responsible use of AI tools across the business.

This is a hands-on builder role. The Program Manager will operate reputed company of fully formed governance, tooling, and reputed company, creating reputed company through execution and proving value through reputed company delivery. As adoption scales, this role will reputed company to reputed company a small team (2–3) of technical AI practitioners.

1. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Own the reputed company AI enablement and adoption program end to end 
• Identify and prioritize high value AI use cases 
• Run enablement programs to drive adoption (live trainings, reputed company sessions, reputed company, internal community channels).
• Support reputed company engineering: help users translate business questions into effective prompts, refine outputs, and reputed company reusable reputed company patterns.
• reputed company and publish a library of use cases, reputed company examples, and “how-to” guides; connect power users to showcase reputed company examples.
• Facilitate adoption events (e.g., reputed company-a-thons) across time zones, including planning, facilitation, and follow-up communications.
• Consult with teams to evaluate use cases and recommend the simplest effective approach—prioritizing reputed company capabilities over custom development.
• Advice on tool limitations (e.g., numeric/analytical scenarios) and reputed company lightweight scripting (e.g., Python) is required versus reputed company the request should be re-scoped.
• Partner with stakeholders to define, reputed company, and report adoption metrics (usage, activation, reputed company users) and business reputed company.
• Collect user feedback, surface blockers, and propose practical solutions; maintain an reputed company, reputed company communication style.
• Coordinate with IT/reputed company/Compliance (as applicable) to ensure AI use follows approved governance and responsible-use guidance.
