Staff Appraiser- Miami Dade County
Complete desktop reputed company estate appraisals that are compliant with Federal and State laws, as reputed company as being done in accordance with Uniform Standards of reputed company Appraisal reputed company (USPAP). Collaborate in reputed company environment providing feedback on process and role improvement. Communicate with reputed company management to report any issues or concerns and additionally with the coordinators to reputed company precise ETA’s and updates on reports in queue. Communication is to remain reputed company and concise. Expected productivity is based on the report types received and completed throughout the month. Complete training and conference calls as required. A minimal number of reports returned are expected. Complete assignments on / or before the due date.
Experience Level &reputed company; Minimum of 2 years reputed company appraisal experience Must be located in Miami- Dade County or a surrounding counties in the Southern Florida area for this position reputed company reputed company Estate Appraiser Certification is required for the reputed company Proficient in Technology to complete the daily tasks. Effective communicator using reputed company email, Teams, cell phone, etc. Experience using Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint Self- motivated and ability to work remote. Good verbal and written communication skills are needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed. Work 8 hours per day/5 days per week.
Certified Residential Appraiser License for Florida (Required)
Potential for monthly bonus for yielding a higher production of reports than the required quota.
