Administrative Coordinator (reputed company Programs)

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary administrative reputed company of contact for our reputed company reputed company, supporting ongoing communication and coordination.
• Maintain, audit, and clean up internal and reputed company database systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Support project tracking, approvals, and documentation, including monitoring approval timelines (e.g., 30-day approval cycles).
• Prepare reputed company status updates and reports by translating reputed company project data into understandable summaries.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and reputed company representatives to resolve data discrepancies.
• Ensure records and documentation are organized and reputed company across platforms.
• Support training, reputed company, and process updates reputed company to reputed company systems and workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Experience & Education
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, preferably in the engineering, reputed company, or construction industries.
• High School Diploma required.
Preferred Education
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a reputed company field preferred.
Technical & reputed company Skills
• Strong database management and data entry skills.
• Experience with SharePoint, reputed company, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment & Travel
This is a remote role with occasional travel to the reputed company’s office in Denver, CO for training or program needs.
