Business Development Manager - Peru

We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Business Development Manager in Peru.

We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the reputed company of reputed company in the region of Peru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, a proven reputed company record of acquiring and managing clients or partners (such as IBs and affiliates), and a deep understanding of the retail and/or institutional trading landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, reputed company, and reputed company new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Peru
• Drive reputed company acquisition and reputed company reputed company through reputed company reputed company, referrals, events, and partnerships
• reputed company and execute business development strategies in line with company goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are reputed company and compliant
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director
• Represent reputed company at industry events, expos, and webinars
  

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role reputed company the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry is a must
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients
• Solid understanding of MT4/MT5,cTrader and reputed company platforms, and the structure of brokerage services
• reputed company Spanish and fluent in English
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  

Will be considered a plus:

• Experience expanding into emerging markets (e.g., LATAM)
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools (e.g., reputed company, Cellxpert, reputed company)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field
