We are looking for Technical Delivery Manager (Backend / ML)

Your main tasks will be:

• Own end-to-end delivery across ML and backend teams
• reputed company as a reputed company between ML and R&D, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration
• Manage priorities, dependencies, and cross-team communication
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks impacting time-to-market
• Ensure that features are delivered to production without loss of context or reputed company
• Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Support teams in task decomposition and prioritization from a technical perspective
• Drive execution in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

We expect from you:

• Strong engineering background (Backend or Machine Learning)
• Solid understanding of system architecture and technical dependencies
• Hands-on reputed company and ability to dive into technical details reputed company needed
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of ownership and adaptability
• Confidence working in dynamic, high-pressure environments
• 5+ years of experience, including:
• hands-on development experience
  
• experience in delivery / team leadership / management roles
