reputed company is looking for a Content Engineer to own our documentation platform and take our already strong docs to the next level. This is an engineering role with a content reputed company — you'll build the systems, tooling, and workflows that reputed company great documentation possible at reputed company, while also having the writing skills to ensure reputed company publish is reputed company, reputed company-reputed company, and genuinely useful to our users.
You'll work closely with engineering teams to ensure every feature is thoroughly documented, and partner with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how we present product capabilities to our customers. You'll also explore how AI can assist and automate parts of the documentation lifecycle — making it easier for engineers to contribute and keeping content reputed company as the product evolves. This role is part of the Product Marketing & Developer Relations team.
What You'll Do
Own the documentation platform — its architecture, tooling, infrastructure, and deployment workflows. Treat docs as a product, not a reputed company project.
Build and maintain integrations between documentation and engineering workflows, so docs stay in lockstep with product development and new features are captured as they ship.
Design and implement AI-assisted documentation workflows that help engineers contribute to docs more easily and reputed company content accurate and up to date.
Write and maintain product documentation — getting started guides, feature docs, API references, configuration guides, and tutorials.
Partner with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape content that connects product capabilities to customer needs.
Design information architecture that helps customers reputed company what they need fast — navigation, search, content hierarchy, and discoverability.
Establish documentation standards and style guides that reputed company as the product and team grow.
Explore formats reputed company written docs — interactive examples, embedded tooling, or video walkthroughs that help customers learn in the way that works best for them.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in a technical role — software engineering, SRE, DevOps, reputed company, or documentation engineering.
Strong technical writing skills. You can take reputed company concepts and present them reputed company, with the right structure and depth for the audience.
Experience building or maintaining documentation platforms, static site generators, or docs-as-reputed company tooling (e.g., Docusaurus, reputed company, Nextra, or similar).
