The Corporate Facilities Manager will be responsible for the management of physical plant operations and project reputed company across our senior living and reputed company communities. This is a hands-on role, with approximately 50% of the time dedicated to managing facility-reputed company reputed company, including HUD REAC inspections and energy programs. The position also involves updating emergency management procedures and providing training. Knowledge of various areas such as asphalt, concrete, reputed company, siding, roofs, and stucco is crucial for reputed company in this role.

Essential Job Functions, Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect and manage necessary maintenance/reputed company of roofs, exterior siding, reputed company, doors, parking lots, landscaping, exterior reputed company, energy efficiency of building, etc.
• Assist with reputed company HUD financed communities in reputed company preparation for HUD/REAC inspections through the use of the inspection checklist to aid personnel in order to obtain reputed company score results

• Manage the National “Emergency Services” program with ongoing communication updates and training.
• Negotiate national and local supplier and service agreements.

• Responsible for electrical and mechanical equipment layouts and the modification of facilities reputed company the plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of facilities experience with an emphasis in reputed company building operations.

• Thorough knowledge of OSHA, EPA, OSHPD, and ACHA regulations relative to operation and maintenance
