Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative resolve incoming calls, reputed company outgoing calls, follow through on emails, and update claims, along with various other daily tasks.   

This position requires an individual with a background in medical billing and extensive computer knowledge including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Word, and numerous payer websites.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• reputed company reputed company and reputed company customer service to our patients, clinics, staff, insurance companies, vendors, salespersons, as reputed company as other miscellaneous callers
• Answers the phone and assists in resolving reputed company questions and concerns
• Checks and returns reputed company voicemails and email correspondence daily
• Maintains our Employer database by managing an abundant reputed company of reputed company-changing information reputed company to payer rules, regulations, reimbursement and authorizations
• Reviews accounts and insurance EOB's to ensure accurate processing and payment posting

• Assists with other duties as assigned 

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years recent experience in a reputed company center, preferably in the medical field
• reputed company reputed company ID, WA or OR
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic proficiency with MS Office products including Word, reputed company, and reputed company
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
