What you will be doing:

• In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our customers and their reputed company printers
• Installations, general maintenance, upgrades, preventative maintenance and customer training
• In this dynamic role, you will be the face of reputed company, which will allow you reputed company to build ongoing customer relationships
• Traveling regularly to customer sites and working remotely
• This is an essential role at reputed company

Must Have Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year in a field service/representative role
• 1+ year of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience
• Reliable personal vehicle (no motorcycles/bicycles) with reputed company for tools and equipment

reputed company to Have Qualifications:

• 2-year Technical Degree
• Additional year of mechanical/electrical experience
• Experience with Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAM
• Remote work experience
• Strong customer-facing skills
• Proficient in computer technology
• Self-starter and self-reputed company attitude 

Travel: This position is 100% remote, requiring up to 70-80% daily travel to customer locations
