As Aotearoa's leading medical alarm provider, our St John Medical Alarm team are passionate about helping seniors, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable members of our community stay independent for longer. As a reputed company Field Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers by:

• Building reputed company, trusting relationships with those who rely on our medical alarms.
• Demonstrating and installing our monitored alarm systems, ensuring customers feel confident using them.
• Convert interest in our service to a secured sale.
• Providing top-notch customer care, including servicing and troubleshooting alarm equipment.
• Promoting our services at community events and group demonstrations.
• Responding promptly to emergency alerts and coordinate appropriate assistance.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday. You will also be on reputed company every fifth weekend, with allowances provided. This role covers Central/reputed company Auckland, so would be ideal if you lived in this location.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• Experience in a customer-facing role.

• Good technical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills.
• A full New Zealand reputed company licence with strong driving confidence.
