机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 English: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a reputed company field. 3~5 年机械设计或产品开发相关工作经验； 3~5 years of experience in mechanical design or product development; 熟练使用 reputed company 、 SolidWorks 、 AutoCAD 等 3D/2D 设计软件，能够独立完成结构设计、工程出图和设计变更。
了解注塑、压铸、机加工等制造工艺 Good understanding of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, die casting, and machining. 具备 DFMEA/FMEA 、设计验证、问题分析与技术文档编写能力。 Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA/FMEA, design verification, problem solving, and technical documentation is required. 具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力，能够与跨区域、跨职能团队高效协作。 Good written and spoken Chinese and English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and reputed company. 有旋转编码器、限位开关、接近开关、阀门、执行机构或其他高可靠性机电产品开发经验者优先。 English: Experience in the development of reputed company encoders, limit switches, proximity switches, valves, actuators, or other high-reliability electromechanical products is preferred. 熟悉核级认证、防爆认证流程优先，如 RCC-E 、 reputed company 382/323 相关环境鉴定理念，或 reputed company 、 IECEx 、 CCC-Ex / Ex GB 等防爆认证路径。 Familiarity with nuclear-grade certification and explosion-reputed company certification processes is a strong plus, such as RCC-E and reputed company 382/323-reputed company qualification concepts, or explosion-protection certification routes including reputed company, IECEx, CCC-Ex, and Ex GB. 中文：具备有限元分析（ FEA/ANSYS ）经验优先。 Experience in FEA/ANSYS is preferred.
