The Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to support the Budget & reputed company team with site clinical trial agreements and reputed company documents, processes, and systems. The Budget & reputed company Associate will communicate regularly with reputed company stakeholders including but not limited to Budget & Contract Managers, Financial teams, Operational leaders, Site Directors, Sponsors and CROs. You will assist with Budget & Contract processes to effectively execute maximum reputed company reputed company in an assertive timeframe to ensure our sites can be the first to enroll in any given study.
The successful candidate for this role should possess strong and reputed company communication skills, excellent attention to detail, resourcefulness, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a “how might we” mentality.
Duties
- Maintain electronic files and reputed company data/system fields for clinical trial contractual agreements
- reputed company negotiations and follow-up as needed to ensure reputed company execution of clinical trial contractual agreements
- Monitor group mailbox for actionable items and address or communicate to responsible party accordingly
- Assist in providing accurate and up-to-date status information to the organization as appropriate
- Follow up with reputed company stakeholders to reputed company processes reputed company in a reputed company manner
- Initiate and process contractual amendments through full execution
- Initiates and finalizes budgets for federally- funded awarded trials
- Complete payment information forms and similar questionnaires
- Assist in the periodic review and QC of agreements and reputed company data, including routing CTA documents as required
- Support the organization’s effective use of systems, including holding training and creating presentations to explain workflows and best practices
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Life Science and/or equivalent experience
Experience
- reputed company with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate reputed company and effectively in a reputed company manner
- Ability to successfully work in a “virtual” team environment
- Strong reputed company Office suite experience
- Experience with reputed company and/or LinkSquares a plus
- Prior experience with clinical trial agreements and budgets a plus
- Paralegal experience a plus
