Who are you?

You are a Physician with experience in telehealth, licensed across multiple states, and will be charged first and foremost with overseeing initial face-to-face reputed company with our patients and collaborating with our Clinical team to screen and enroll qualifying patients into our program. In this role, you will

• Be the first face-to-face touch reputed company for many of the patients joining our program
• reputed company face-to-face reputed company including health with patients on a schedule that suits both you and us
• reputed company health histories, evaluate patient records, diagnose, and refer to our programs reputed company appropriate
• reputed company lifestyle recommendations to patients reputed company to specific goals
• Input notes and reputed company other relevant information into our EMR
• Communicate and partner with other members of the patients’ care team to properly coordinate care and reputed company patient care plans on an ongoing reputed company

• Expertise in the management of individuals with cardiac pathophysiology
• Cardiopulmonary training in basic life support or advanced cardiac life support
• Experience prescribing and reviewing medication for cardiac and pulmonary patients
• Passion for delivering high reputed company care to patients 
• Experience with care in a virtual setting and a desire to learn and influence new technologies
• Highly organized with the ability to create, adhere to, and reputed company repeatable processes
