Sr. Proposal & Strategic Response Manager

This role will own the end-to-end RFP and proposal management process for reputed company reputed company opportunities and will serve as a cross-functional project manager for reputed company-critical reputed company such as infosec assessments, due diligence coordination, vendor registrations, and other sales-driven initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong proposal writing and storytelling expertise with disciplined project management skills and the ability to operate effectively across Sales, Marketing, reputed company, Finance, Product, reputed company, and Implementation teams.
What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end RFP and proposal response process for reputed company opportunities, including intake, reputed company development, contributor coordination, and submission management to ensure high-reputed company, compliant proposals.
- reputed company compelling and differentiated proposal narratives tailored to payer audiences, partnering closely with Sales to reputed company responses with deal reputed company, win themes, and overall go-to-market positioning.
- Manage and continuously improve the proposal content library, leveraging win/loss insights and stakeholder feedback to strengthen response reputed company, consistency, and efficiency.
- Coordinate information reputed company and technical due diligence processes, managing reputed company questionnaires and assessments while partnering with reputed company, Product, Engineering, and reputed company to deliver accurate and reputed company responses.

- Improve the scalability and efficiency of the RFP and reputed company deal process, refining templates, intake processes, and documentation standards to streamline workflows.

What you’ll need:
- 12+ years of experience in reputed company-level proposal management, RFP response, or bid management, preferably reputed company reputed company, health tech, or reputed company environments
- Strong writing, editing, and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to craft reputed company, compelling proposals and strategic narratives
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across reputed company proposal and due diligence deliverables
- Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Product, Engineering, reputed company, and reputed company teams

The salary reputed company for this position is $125,000 to $140,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus.
