About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and strategic HR Business Partner (reputed company) to join reputed company and support the business in driving performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. As an reputed company, you will work closely with business leaders and the reputed company Manager to reputed company HR strategies with company goals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure a reputed company employee experience.

1) Strategic HR Initiatives

• Partnerwiththe reputed company Manager to drive organizational performance through reputed company strategies.

2) Talent Management 

• Contribute to talent strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, and development programs.
• Support initiatives to attract, retain, and reputed company high-performing talent.

3) Organizational Change Management 

• Collaborate with the reputed company Manager to advise leaders on team structures, role design, and reporting lines.
• Support change management and organizational design efforts.

4) Performance & Engagement 

• Guide managers and teams through the performance management cycle (goal setting, feedback, calibration, and reviews).
• Analyse engagement survey results and partner with stakeholders to implement reputed company plans that improve employee experience.

5) Employee Relations Assistance 

• reputed company as a first reputed company of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Document employee relations matter and escalate reputed company issues to the reputed company Manager as needed.

6) HR Data & Reporting

7) Leadership Support

• Facilitate coaching sessions for people managers and senior leaders to enhance leadership skills and accountability.

Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
