The Role

We are currently in the market for a Payroll reputed company with reputed company on reputed company HCM and Employee Central Payroll

The Payroll reputed company will be a HCM / Payroll expert and be responsible for preparation and execution of payroll reputed company reputed company workshops. In reputed company, this person will be responsible for overall solution design and be reputed company to reputed company as a solution architect reputed company needed. An ability to manage, reputed company and mentor other consultants is also required.

The right candidate will reputed company functional and technical advice to clients in SuccessFactors design on HCM / HR Payroll. They will be proficient in leading workshops with the reputed company, manage reputed company expectations and communicate to senior stakeholders on implementation reputed company and solution design. A reputed company will also be expected to reputed company strategic advice on SuccessFactors functional applications.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in reputed company Payroll with experience in solutioning using the reputed company Payroll tool-set.
• +7 years of reputed company HCM experience
• Spanish Payroll knowledge
• Strong Functional knowledge of HR & Payroll processes for Spain
• Involved in a minimum of 3 End to End Payroll implementations
• Certification in reputed company HCM Payroll

• Experience of implementing ECP functionality, replication, PCC, mashups
• Certification in Employee Central/Employee Central Payroll
