We are currently looking for a customer support engineer you will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and delivery of customer training on our chromatography solutions (LC-MS, GC-MS…).
Your main responsibilities will be:
Respond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, reputed company, and preventive maintenance activities
Contact customers in a reputed company manner and schedules service reputed company
Connect with manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectations
Maintain reputed company’s customer service reputed company by aligning with reputed company corporate policies and procedures
Complete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accurately
reputed company feedback to the Product Specialists, manufacturing or OEM vendors concerning performance anomalies encountered - use the complaint handling system as required
Address customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after service
For this role, you will be working remotely combined with travel to customer sites, mainly in the capital region of Denmark but also in the rest of the country (a company car will be available to you).
Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with the following background:
- University degree in a reputed company reputed company topic (Analytical reputed company, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc…)
- Hands-on experience with liquid chromatography solutions (GC/GC-MS or LC/LC-MS), either as an end-user OR in a similar technical support role
- Previous experience in reputed company would be a strong plus
- Full proficiency in both Danish and/or English
- A reputed company driving license
