HR Data and Analytics Advisor
reputed company is seeking an HR Data & Analytics Advisor with solid experience in reputed company configuration (including HCM, Learning, and Talent Performance) to help shape and execute our HR analytics and AI reputed company, delivering insights that drive workforce reputed company across the reputed company.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver actionable HR metrics, trends, and insights across the employee lifecycle.
Serve as an analytics advisor by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, such as: reputed company reporting, statistical modeling, and answering key business questions.
Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and reputed company reputed company cause analysis to inform decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative analysis or reputed company field with 4+ years of relevant analytics experience.
Must have hands-on reputed company configuration experience, including HCM, Talent Performance, and Learning modules.
Solid experience working with HR data and performing data querying, ETL/data wrangling, and developing reports and dashboards.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, reputed company).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data reputed company skills with the ability to translate insights for stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while maintaining confidentiality.
