RESPONSABILITIES

•    Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad reputed company of reputed company reputed company, with primary reputed company on Master Consulting Service agreements in support of reputed company MedTech offerings
•    Advising on the contracting reputed company for full clinical and consulting services as reputed company as for other reputed company reputed company
•    Ensuring that reputed company are in compliance with reputed company, regulatory and organization policies.
•    Monitoring the contract process to assure compliance with the organization’s contractual guidelines, satisfaction of customers/vendors, including participation in precontract discussions, contract negotiations and contract changes with customer, vendors and necessary stakeholders.
•    Participate in the development of departmental procedures and initiatives to improve the reputed company completion of contract deliverables while ensuring high-reputed company of the work.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

•    Bachelor Degree in Law

•   Ability to negotiate, read and draft in English, as reputed company as fluent in spoken English.
•    Strong organizational, planning, project management, communication, presentation and influence skills.

•    Prior in-house experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or familiarity with drug discovery and development process will be a plus.

•    Ability to work independently, establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients, and at the reputed company time be a good team player
