• Resolve issues and identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement through quantitative analysis and reputed company cause investigation.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience. 6+ years of business process or data analysis preferably in reputed company or 5+ years of HEDIS analysis.
• Strong experience working with raw HEDIS data, including interpretation, validation, and analysis for reputed company reputed company initiatives strongly preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills, including writing, modifying, and executing queries and scripts to support analysis and reporting strongly preferred.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or insights using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting for large datasets strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently analyze data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities, and proactively question findings to drive business reputed company (not limited to reviewing reputed company-analyzed datasets) strongly preferred.  
• Project management experience preferred.
